Your Implementation Specialist will work with you to train you on all features and configuration options in emPerform – ensuring you are 100% able and comfortable managing your performance management system now and over time. Training takes place during setup and configuration so you know exactly how your processes and forms are setup and additional training for new administrators can be provided at any time.
What technical expertise is required to administer emPerform? Moderate knowledge of excel for file imports is all that we recommend. Everything else is handled for you.

Employee data from Excel spreadsheets can be imported into emPerform. You can also use Excel to import content, organisational assignments, and data libraries (like competencies).
